Case Studies

Real people. Real results.

Case studies publish here as subscribers share their stories. We don't invent results or quote people without permission. Everything on this page will be real.

A note on timing.
First Principled launched in 2026. The first case studies will publish 60-90 days after the first subscribers join: that's when there are real results worth sharing. We won't put placeholder quotes here. We won't invent testimonials. When they exist, you'll find them here. In the meantime, this page shows you what to expect and how to submit your story when you're ready.
What Results Look Like

Three kinds of results we expect to see.

Based on what the platform is built to do, here are the outcomes we're tracking. These aren't guarantees: results depend on the work you put in. But they're what the system is designed to produce.

1
First revenue outside a job
Someone who had never made money independently gets their first paying customer. Not a huge number. Proof that the model works.
2
Independence Score improvement
A measurable shift in the audit score over 30, 60, or 90 days. Direction improves. Momentum builds. The bottleneck changes.
3
A second income stream established
A subscriber who came in with one wire leaves with two. It doesn't have to replace the job. It changes the math and the options.
Stories

What a case study looks like.

This is the format stories will take when they're published. Each one shows the before, the specific change, and the tool or framework that produced it.

Example Format
First client signed. $1,200 outside the job.
"I'd been thinking about this for two years. The audit told me I was The Treadmill pattern: working hard but not building anything that compounded. Launchpad made the first move feel small enough to actually do."
Before: Marketing manager, full-time job, zero income outside salary.
Tool that produced the change: Launchpad + Validator.
Independence Score: 31 at start, 48 at Day 67.
This is the format a published story takes. It is not a real subscriber.
What makes a story worth sharing.
Strong
Specific before and after
"I had no income outside my job. Now I have one client paying $800/month" is useful. "Things got better" is not.
Strong
Named the specific tool
"Business Finder helped me find a consulting angle I hadn't considered" tells the next person what to use.
Strong
Honest about the work
Stories that include what was hard are more credible and more useful than ones that make it sound easy.
Strong
A changed score
If your Independence Score moved, tell us the numbers. Before and after. That's the clearest signal.
Share your story.

If you've used the platform and seen results worth sharing, tell us what changed. Specific, honest results are the most useful thing we can publish for people who are considering joining. We'll write it up and contact you before publishing anything.

For follow-up only. Not published.
Your situation before: what was the specific problem or challenge?
The result: what's different now compared to when you joined? Numbers help.
Which specific tool, framework, or feature made the difference?
How should we attribute your story if we publish it?
Anonymous
First name and general field only
First name and last initial
e.g. "Jane M."
Full name
Name and professional context
Internal only
Share with team, don't publish

We'll contact you before publishing anything. We may lightly edit for clarity and length. Submission takes about 5 minutes.

Thank you. We'll be in touch.

Your story is in. We'll review it and follow up by email before publishing anything. If you included numbers, those are the most useful part: we'll make sure they're represented accurately.
